The steps to prepare a quote for a custom design is not complex. Based on the information you supply from the CUSTOM PRODUCT CHECKLIST, we will present you with a set of drawings and specifications for your review. Next we send a set of CAD drawings to several of our highly qualified MOLD MAKERS. Depending on your requirements, product type and budget, we will provide a quote for a fabricated or cast aluminum tool. Lead times vary, but the normal lead time from the design phase to the completed tool is about 10 weeks.
