Bulk Carts can be equipped with either ¾” painted plywood or 11 gauge plated wire shelves. Shelves are permanently mounted at predetermined locations and are not adjustable. However, custom spacing can be specified. The plywood shelves are supported across the front with a steel angle bracket to prevent bowing under load. Capacity is 325 pounds per shelf. The wire shelves are reinforced with a 6 gauge perimeter wire to prevent sagging. Capacity is 225 pounds per shelf.

4829 – SERIES

The 4829 Series can accommodate up to two shelves.
• One Shelf Spacing: Two 24″ levels or One 32″ level and one 16″ level
• Two Shelf Spacing: Three 16″ levels

5829 – SERIES

The 5829 Series can accommodate up to three shelves.
• One Shelf Spacing: Two 29″ levels or One 14″ level and One 43″ level
• Two Shelf Spacing: Two 14″ levels and One 30″ level
• Three Shelf Spacing: Four 14″ levels

6829 – SERIES

The 6829 Series can accommodate up to three shelves.
• One Shelf Spacing: Two 33″ levels
• Two Shelf Spacing:Two 16: levels and One 33″ level
• Three Shelf Spacing: Four 16: levels

The interiors of all Bulk Carts can be customized to accommodate your unique application. Shelves and dividers are just two of the items we have been asked to customize. Foam Inserts, removable racks and garment hanging bars are just a few of the items that can be added to your carts to optimize the functionality of the cart.
