Myton Industries Return Policy

Myton Industries maintains a strict no-return policy with the sole exception of defective products. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Returns Accepted (Except for Defective Products)

  • All sales are final except in cases of product defects.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or any reason other than product defects.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be provided unless the product is determined to be defective.

Defective Product Returns

If you receive a product that is defective in material or workmanship:

  1. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the defect.
  3. Our technical team will evaluate your claim to determine if the product is defective.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Limited Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the original buyer. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact our customer service department at sa***@*************es.com with details of the defect.
  2. Include your order number and photos documenting the defect.
  3. Wait for our evaluation and approval before returning any product.
  4. Ship the defective product back to the address provided, clearly marking the package with the RMA number.

Resolution Options

For confirmed defective products, at our sole discretion, we will:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective item

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, improperly maintained, or altered.
  • We are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • No other remedies (including but not limited to compensation for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental loss or damage) will be available.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before purchase.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products meet their specific needs.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
