Myton Industries Return Policy
Myton Industries maintains a strict no-return policy with the sole exception of defective products. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
No Returns Accepted (Except for Defective Products)
- All sales are final except in cases of product defects.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or any reason other than product defects.
- No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be provided unless the product is determined to be defective.
Defective Product Returns
If you receive a product that is defective in material or workmanship:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the defect.
- Our technical team will evaluate your claim to determine if the product is defective.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Limited Warranty
Our products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the original buyer. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Warranty Claims Process

- Include your order number and photos documenting the defect.
- Wait for our evaluation and approval before returning any product.
- Ship the defective product back to the address provided, clearly marking the package with the RMA number.
Resolution Options
For confirmed defective products, at our sole discretion, we will:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
- Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective item
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, improperly maintained, or altered.
- We are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
- No other remedies (including but not limited to compensation for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental loss or damage) will be available.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before purchase.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products meet their specific needs.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
